MeMoves is a powerful tool for self-regulation being used in schools, therapy centers, hospitals and homes across the country. Easy to use, it is effective for people of all ages and abilities. The multi-sensory images, music and movements are designed to "calm the system." Research suggests that MeMoves alters brain waves of those with autism spectrum disorder, resulting in increased eye contact, language use and imitative behavior. This interactive presentation will describe MeMoves' creation, share recent research/observations highlighting MeMoves' benefits and provide best practices to integrate MeMoves into everyday use.
